“I have a special fondness for these bagels!! I grew up with them and I love to stop in early mornings on my commute. The customer service is always lovely and the bagels are DELICIOUS, even plain and untoasted, they're amazing. I can eat an entire bagel without a drink on my commute. That's a big deal. I'd have a picture but they never last past the curb. Go in and see for yourself.“

“On behalf of the Jewish War Veteran (JWV) Post 510, we would like to express our gratitude to Phil, owner of New York Bagel of West Bloomfield, for the hospitality of his team for allowing our Post Members to use his place for our annual Poppy Sale.
The entire staff at New York Bagel are to be commented on their superior customer service. Alicia, Teresa, Gunnar, Brett, Lilian,Thalia & Isabella, plus the others that worked the other days we were there. They could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. And the customers that donated to our Poppy sale were just as wonderful.
Thank you again to everyone for allowing us the use of your property for our annual Poppy Sale.

“The Northville location needs to call out the names on the orders when they are completed. They have a bad habit of giving out the orders to the wrong people. One time I was getting my food and they handed off the a guy with his hand in the bag. I told the clerk to re-make the order. Then on another occasion, they didn’t call out our name for the order and mixed it up with another. Again, I asked them to remake the order!“
