My husband and I just started patronizing this place again after some disappointing past visits. Not sure if area residents are aware, but this Einstein’s is now under new ownership. The owners have put a lot of work into this place to make improvements. It is still a work in progress, but please stop in and have a bagel and coffee or buy a dozen bagels. The new owners are really friendly, the bagels are great, and the coffee is hot. Community support will help them thrive.
My wife and I stopped into the Commerce Einstein on Richardson road today. We ordered a hot-entree, bagel, and coffee. It was served promptly and was delicious. If you haven't been here in a while, you should check it out.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will not return to this location. Took over 1/2 hour for an on line order. They are either inefficient or understaffed for a Saturday morning. My iced Chai latte was not made correctly. First sip, obviously a coffee drink. While they did remake the drink they were in disbelief that it was made wrong the first time, however you could see an absolute color difference on the properly made drink.
