Walking through the door I was reminded just how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is here. The staff was even more welcoming and personable. I was able to pick up my order promptly. I'm also very satisfied with the quality of the food.“

“This is the first time in a long time this food and service was actually decent. I have been so grossly annoyed with this place because it was always something. From stale buns, horrible service, and saying they just cleaned the frosty machine with 2 hours before they closed on a mobile order, and plenty more, I was done. I didn't have a choice today and the convenience took me there. Even though the food was delayed, it was only because they dropped the chicken nuggets right when i arrived to pick it up, which is worth it by the way, especially on a to go order. I haven't seen that employee there before. He at least communicated the delay AND why. He was very polite when he did so, unlike previous ones I have encountered. Hopefully this is a change for the better. Time will tell. Thank you for your help tonight.“

“Beautifully remodeled store. Friendly staff. LOVE the new Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my husband and I were there last night and I asked if the Tropical Green Tea was sweetened. I was told no. Much to my surprise, the tea is infact sweet. #1 ingredient is Organic Cane Sugar!!! Your employees need to know this when asked. If I were a Diabetic, I could have been in trouble. I am on a low carb diet and a medium drink was 22 carbs!!! That's over a day's supply in 1 drink!“

“This subway is the best subway I’ve been to and I have been to many other subways. Their customer service is outstanding and genuine. I want to give a shout-out to Patience Humphrey that works there. She has excellent communication and every time I go she is always working so hard and she does everything she can to her best ability and she is overall an amazing worker and she has great work ethic. Most definitely recommend going to this subway. You will get nothing but great service!“
