“Learned of Val’s on TikTok two or three years ago and always said if I was ever passing through Owosso on the way back to Lansing I’d try it out, and I’m glad I finally did. Prices are great, ingredients are quality. Will need to pass through Owosso more often now.“

“lately the pizza was either hard as a rock or soggy from so much grease. when i called i was told i would have to come back with the pizza and then get a new one. when i explained i had no way to bring it back the manager did not offer to credit me or to deliver a non-soggy fresh cooked pizza she just said well have a good day. poor service“

“To the driver who delivered food to the apartment above the bar in bancroft about 15 minutes ago, I’m sorry for upsetting you so greatly today. I told you I would do my best to watch for your car, however, I missed you. I thought that might happen, since I have a limited view out of my front facing windows. Because of this, I gave you my phone number to call in case I didn’t see you pull in. I only learned of your arrival when my manager called me from the bar downstairs to let me know you were there. Upon meeting you downstairs, you very angrily informed me in front of my patrons and coworkers that you had been blaring your horn at me from the alleyway (which silly old me couldn’t hear from my apartment that is indeed upstairs and indoors) and you had sent me a text (which I never received). I’ve had pizza delivered here many times from hungry howies and no one has ever had an issue giving me a quick call to let me know they were there. Anyway, as someone who works as a server, I completely understand that the service industry can be very frustrating. I truly hope that whatever is going on in your life that made you so angry and rude today resolves itself. Cheers. I will be back 😊“
