“I eat here at least once a week. The food is great with a lot of made to order choices as well as the items in the hot trays. Some favorites are the Kung Pao chicken and Moo Shu Porkl. Very reasonabe prices and you get generous portions. This restaurant is family owned and operated and you aways get friendly service.“

“This place has been around for a lot of years for a reason. The food is good! I hadn't been in for a while. Apparently new owners took charge over a year ago and really elevated the menu. “I'm a truck driver who was delivering a load in the area and craving ramen. So, I found this place and ordered via Uber Eats. Let me start off by saying that the food is absolutely phenomenal. Everything tasted high quality and fresh. The food was packaged carefully. The broth for my spicy ramen didn't even leak! I also ordered the wontons in chili oil, which, again, were very fresh. The skin was thin, too, so it wasn't too doughy— just the perfect bite. My co-driver ordered the stir-fried udon with beef and enjoyed it immensely.

Now, onto the not-so-great details: this place is not very affordable with its high prices. It's the kind of restaurant you go to to Treat Yourself(TM). As delicious as it was, the spicy ramen came out to a whopping $39 with added toppings. Now, of course, it was my decision to add those toppings, so I'm not TOO hung up on that (mainly because I'm still trying to convince myself that the quality and taste at least made it worth a shot). But, nowhere on the menu or website does it describe what the ramen already comes with (no picture either), so it was either: 1) order and hope it comes with the usual toppings; or 2) ensure it has toppings by adding it myself. Normally, I would have no issue doing that, but keep in mind that the toppings range from $2.99 - $4.99 each. I think this restaurant could include more detailed descriptions for its dishes, and not just for the ramen. The item descriptions have VERY few words to begin with.

Moving on from the ramen itself, the prices for everything else I ordered were pretty high for the portion received. The scallion pancake was $11.95, but it only came with a single pancake. Usually, at that price, you'd get way more. The takoyaki was $10.95 with only 4 balls, and the signature sausage was $13.95 for what I'm pretty sure was only one sliced-up sausage. All were VERY good (the takoyaki was just okay), but the prices kind of killed it for us. Again, we're just sort of in a state of denial trying to convince ourselves it was worth it, because there is ZERO doubt that the food was amazing.

All things considered, I would come here again, but definitely only during a Treat Yourself(TM) day. Maybe next time, we'll try sitting in!“

“Came in tonight to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I always get the tonkatsu ramen (delicious). Tonight I tried the orange chicken for the first time. I'm so glad I did! It was perfectly sauced and still crispy. Service was fast and friendly despite being absolutely packed💗“

“I'm not from MI, but I'm staying for a week and was looking for vegan places to eat. I stumbled upon Veg-N and gave it a try. There is no dine-in so do keep that in mind. I just placed our order on their website, and within 15m it was ready! Pulled up to the drive-thru and was met with lovely customer service. We were offered on the house cookies and oh my they were amazing. Got home and unpacked the food to find little peppermints and handwipes in the bag!! I finished my Reuben in 5 minutes it was so good, the patty was soft and juicy and the kraut was perfect. The chili fries were great too - maybe a little sweet for me, but my friend said they were just right for her. Only thing I could ask for would be glaze on the cinnamon roll but I didn't expect any. Just wishful thinking. Overall, great place. The people seem lovely, the food came out fast, and it tasted amazing. I'm only here for a few more days but I will definitely be back, it was just that good. If you like burgers, fries, cookies, or cinnamon rolls you need to check this place out - vegan or not you will love it.“

But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

It’s a little difficult to get to the restaurant, but really appreciated his efforts and all the help you gave me. As a pharmaceutical rep, I order a lot of lunches and sometimes I’m in a crunch and have my customers order something that is downtown pretty much a college bar where kids can walk to was a little difficult for me this morning, but the owner made it very, very convenient and I would definitely patronize his bar anytime.
