“First time based on all the good reviews. Be careful of good reviews. I had the sesame chicken, lo mein... Excellent. The hot and sour soup was not the best, and was like straight salt and vinegar and I could hardly eat it. Didn't care for the egg rolls and I wasn't able to identify the filling, it was overcooked and was hard to bite into. For good hot and sour soup and egg rolls go to Asian buffet. The fried rice was average. I was hoping to find a new Chinese takeout for all my interests on one stop...Sorry to say I did not find it here. However, I would go back for the sesame chicken and Io mein and perhaps to try some of the other main dishes.“

“Dinner rolls and butter followed by Blackened Salmon Bites w a nice perfectly spicy, Mango dip.
I thought I took a picture of my Perch Basket! Cole slaw, house made tartar sauce, 5 or 6 really beautiful fresh fried perch, 2 hush puppies and slaw.
My DIL got chicken and mashed potatoes! They were fluffy and white and again, real gravy.“

“Just a fun, relaxing place to go. The food is great and the friendly bartenders are amazing. In particular, Shawn. What a fun guy that could make anybody smile. His personality is infectious. He definitely makes sure everybody is serviced well and leaves satisfied. He acts as though he’s back in the kitchen, making the meal himself and the presentation is perfect. The large portions for the price too!“

“I've been to this restaurant almost a dozen times in the past year, and it's now my favorite in the grater Lansing area. Most everything I've tried has been delicious with standouts being the Wonton Soup and Egg Domburi Rice. While nothing will punch you in the mouth with flavor, it somehow manages to taste incredible in a subtle and balanced way. The service has always been great, but you may need to wait 20min or so for food if they're busy, which is to be expected for fresh cooking from a mom and pop joint. Can't recommend this place enough.“

“Came in tonight to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I always get the tonkatsu ramen (delicious). Tonight I tried the orange chicken for the first time. I'm so glad I did! It was perfectly sauced and still crispy. Service was fast and friendly despite being absolutely packed💗“

“This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Lansing and the folks who run it are wonderful! They have the best garlic sauce in central Michigan and it comes with pita. The food is always always always fresh and delicious. I am not related to anyone there and I have not been paid or compensated in any way for this or any other reviews I may have given for this restaurant. I honestly just love their food and it never leaves me feeling cruddy. I have digestive issues sometimes from restaurant food and I always feel great after eating here. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. They have yummy desserts as well. Now they have an amazing Lunch Buffet for around $15.00 and it’s a great way to try things you may be hesitant to try. It also includes salad choices, soup, hummus and their garlic sauce with pita!!! “I'm not from MI, but I'm staying for a week and was looking for vegan places to eat. I stumbled upon Veg-N and gave it a try. There is no dine-in so do keep that in mind. I just placed our order on their website, and within 15m it was ready! Pulled up to the drive-thru and was met with lovely customer service. We were offered on the house cookies and oh my they were amazing. Got home and unpacked the food to find little peppermints and handwipes in the bag!! I finished my Reuben in 5 minutes it was so good, the patty was soft and juicy and the kraut was perfect. The chili fries were great too - maybe a little sweet for me, but my friend said they were just right for her. Only thing I could ask for would be glaze on the cinnamon roll but I didn't expect any. Just wishful thinking. Overall, great place. The people seem lovely, the food came out fast, and it tasted amazing. I'm only here for a few more days but I will definitely be back, it was just that good. If you like burgers, fries, cookies, or cinnamon rolls you need to check this place out - vegan or not you will love it.“

It was my partners and i first time as adults and got incredibly good cocktails priced decently for their strongness and over all flavor (shortly temple- little strong, dirty expresso -perfect mix, tropical blue rum- can be on the strong side). The food was mind blowing and was perfectly seasoned accrost the bord with every bite of the lobster mac made me want one more bite even though I was full and had fantastic/friendly staff + wait time

We experienced significant delays with water and drinks—waiting nearly 40 minutes—and felt neglected compared to surrounding tables. Given that a $50 gratuity was applied, we expected a higher level of attentiveness. I hope this feedback helps your team manage busy holiday shifts better in the future.“

Our server was amazing but I wasn't too fond of the manager walking around yelling at all his employees who were busting their butts trying to provide the best service to the customers. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

Multiple times I have ordered or placed large orders to be shared with family, volunteers and the Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Michigan - ALL the food has been delicious. The muffins moist (I know how some love that word! haha). The staff has always been very friendly, including accommodating some special requests needed for my specific deliveries. I feel they even went above and beyond on my last order (08/31) and greatly appreciate it. I will definitely be returning for future partnership!“

It was very good! My husband had the Olive burger and fries and said it was excellent. My daughter had the kimci fries which was a huge portion and looked so good, she loved them but did say they were a little spicy. I had the Brussels Sprouts Vegan and they were so good! I also have the kalamata Olive vegan Bread was a little to salty for me, I think it was the garlic salt in the everything seasoning. I would order it without that on it.
