I love this place but it’s a hit or miss u come one time u be like wow then next time u Come totally different subs depends who makes ur sub the old team 2 years ago wore the best but I still love it here and there I think the owner doesn’t care for this location anymore they opened more then one
Food is decent. Lobby is always a mess. Tables never wiped down. You’re better off eating in your car. Peep the restroom that always looks like this. All they care about is counting the cash at the register. Nothing else matters to this establishment.

Not well made. Not fresh. I HATE giving negative reviews but will do it in two cases, when I feel they are ripping me off and when they are so egregious they need to be pointed out. First, the place is NOT clean. There is simply no excuse for a dirty restaurant. Paint cost next to nothing and cleaning products are available at a reasonable cost as well.
