As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a polite lady who had a warm smile on her face. She welcomed me to the shop and asked if she could help me with anything. I was looking forward to going to "31"Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the "false advertising sign" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. Just like the one on Telegraph road in Dearborn Heights. I won't ever be going back.Rick Zorn

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First the app wont let me use my card so i had to add money on a online card .... then it wont let me use it in check out.... so now i call and go in store and cant even get the cake because they dont have the ingredients!?!?!? How do you offer a cake online but it's not instore?! Also how does your phone not work??? Very poor customer service!
