Not sure how they can be out of chocolate ice cream... also, they don't listen when you place your order. Overpriced as well
Absolutely terrible service. I asked to sample some ice cream and nobody responded. One of the staff members was also rude towards me and I was given attitude which is not a way to treat customers, especially neurodivergent ones like myself who need time to understand social cues. I immediately left afterwards. This was not a pleasant experience and the only unpleasant experience I had a Baskin Robbins location. I will call and file a complaint very soon. The only thing missing was birthday candles. All staff members greeted me and were so very kind!
