“I wanted to give a shout out to Shanari (I hope I am spelling that right!) she has great customer service skills, and great multitasking skills! Before I came in, there was a family of 10 who came in for ice cream, there was als two couples in front of me as well. She was doing those orders back to back to back. When it was finally my turn, you couldn’t even tell she was dealing with a rush! She was very polite and sincere, and I really appreciate her. Thank you for a wonderful experience at cold stone I will be coming again “

It might be a good idea to align your texting practices with TCPA regulations which generally restrict messages to after 8 a.m and before 9pm.
