“I am a former employee of bakery dept at 15255 Michigan Ave in Dearborn. I gave 5 stars for one reason only LAURA J. She is the best cake decorator I have ever seen. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She is an excellent trainer. She is very patient and thoughtful with new employees. She did not expect you to learn things overnight that she has practiced for years. I took a picture of her skills in progress. Due to staffing she is not doing special orders but she can write on a cake if you get there early enough. I made sure the bakery was cleaned nightly. You could literally eat off those floors. ?“

“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

“Hi. I was looking online for a good sandwich place and got a corned beef sandwich today. The staff and overall experience was great! However, I've never seen such a highly rated sandwich place use processed cheese instead of actual swiss cheese. The meat was good although the portion seemed a bit light and the sandwich overall was excellent. I'll come back but won't ask for cheese on my sandwiches.“

“Stumbled upon the company at the local farmers market, the staff managing was super nice and helpful when it came to selecting products. Had a great selection of meats & pierogi flavors, picked up the breakfast + buffalo chicken ones to try along with their homemade polish mustard! Will definitely be looking out for their future markets to stock up!“

“Ordered “super” corned beef sandwich on grilled rye with mustard and swiss; “super” corned beef on onion roll with provolone and coleslaw; cup of chilli; fries; and cake slice. Paid about $65. Sandwiches were fresh, hot, and moist. Fries were lukewarm but well seasoned and potato cut. Cake was moist and tasty. Atmosphere was quiet. Mostly a carryout vibe though there is ample seating for self service dine in. Front line staff were nice and seemed to appreciate their jobs. Cook staff were less so (one was yelling at the other and gawking at me). Food wasn’t ready when I arrived after an approximate 35 min commute post order. Waited about 5-10 min after arrival. Would visit again.“

“First off, the food is always good and hot. I called in my order at 6:15pm at 7 pm they still had not called my number so I assume to speak with the manager. The manager never came, I waited a few more minutes and asked again. The cashier then asked me why was I still there? Bad customer service. I’m going to have to try a different location next time. I spent $40 and waited an hour for two sandwiches. Unbelievable.“

“It's a family-owned business and they're so nice here. You always feel welcomed and you always feel like you're part of the family as well. If you have questions they're willing to help you. There is a lot of items to choose from. On top of the liquor they have fresh food to choose from ready to serve. It's so delicious.“

“Food was so good. I got frozen side dishes for thanksgiving and slices of Turkey. Even though I had to wait a little while for them to get the side dishes it was worth the wait. I did preorder so I got to skip the huge line at least. But the taste was way better than I expected.“

“I ordered a original Corned Beef sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, but they didn't toast the bread like I asked. It was soggy, so I just ate the inside. They always get it right when I order thru GrubHub, but who wants to pay $40 for a sandwich!“
