I REALLY like this place. The relaxed atmosphere and great food and drinks is what I come for. The service is hit or miss. It’s either amazing service or really slow service. They are never rude, the food and presentation as well as drinks are always good. But the service can be painfully slow, which can ruin the whole experience. An easy solution to a hungry stomach while staying at the Dearborn Inn. Joe was my server for the evening and was attentive and charismatic, making sure mine and a myriad of other guest's needs were met. The potato pancake was very tasty, though it reminded me more of a croquette than anything else. Would have preferred a larger portion, so just bear in mind it's not a sharing plate! Myself and many others frequent this bar every Saturday night and every time we dine here, we have impeccable service and wonderful food. This is by far the best kept secret in West Dearborn if you want a classy dining experience in an historic hotel, where it’s not loud or party oriented. The steak is a personal favorite. Tonya and her team always provide the best experience possible for my friends and family; and we will continue to visit weekly. Thanks!
