The restaurant is definitely family/kid friendly with ample parking and is handicap accessible.“

It's what we miss most of all about his home.We've tried several restaurants and none of them have really made a positive impact or had a return visit. Today we were going to try another place close by but upon spotting Taquero Mucho, we looked it up here and knew we HAD to try it.We had Carne asada fries, a grilled chicken quesadilla, and chips and salsa. The achiote was reminiscent of home and the spicy Roja was INCREDIBLE. Having tried just about all the other Mexican restaurants in and around Lansing, I had yet to find a joint that truly rose above the rest, until now. I sampled several dishes from the menu and was overwhelmingly impressed with everything I ate. My first time trying lengua and it was outstanding. The chicken quesadilla, al pastor and asada are also above average. But the Barbacoa empanada was on another level. I truly can’t wait to try more of Chaparrito’s dishes, particularly the seafood.5 stars all the way!“
“Came for dinner on Saturday evening. Service was great, portions perfect. Flavors fantastic! We had the queso birria, an order of tacos, the choriqueso, and our toddler had a chicken quesadilla and fries. I love they have horchata and the Jamaica (hibiscus flower) drink. Can't wait to go back!“

“This is some of the best Mexican food I've had in a while. The steak tacos were off the chain. The meat was flavorful and juicy, the shells were cooked perfectly, the beans&rice had flavor, and the salsa they gave me to top the tacos burned me up??, but it was so flavorful I had to keep eating it. The nachos were good. The chips & salsa were good. And the margaritas got me where I needed to be. It was crowded in there, but the service was still great. If you want good Mexican food, go here. Highly recommended.“
“I went in today to pick up an order I made to be ready by 12 pm. I got super busy at work and didn't come get it until 1pm. They had me wait 10 extra minutes to remake me and my coworkers' food because it was cold. We honestly didn't mind having cold food because we were starving at that point. Becoming very present, I was mesmerized by the string of cheese from my mouth to the burrito.I was so taken back that I forgot I was driving a vehicle. I veered into the turn lane and came back to consciousness just in enough time to not hit the vehicle in front of me. Heart racing and life flashing before my eyes, things started to fall into perspective. We are here to help one another.That being said, there is multiple times where I’ve had enough gangster in me to text and drive and I’ve never almost lost it like I did with this mind blowing $2.79 burrito.
