“The jalapeño popper pizza is literally the only thing I come here for it is the best pizza around. I order so many of them. I was so disappointed to come in tonight with my friends and realize it was not on the menu. Please put it back on the menu. Your service staff is amazing. I love the space and the atmosphere, but I have no reason to come back if you don’t have my pizza. I might come see the staff, but I probably wouldn’t order anything. I’m only giving you a five star because they are making my pizza for me anyway. I’ve had great experiences here. Ps I did not throw a temper tantrum to get my pizza. I’m not a Karen. I just asked and they said yes. Shout out to Phil and Chris.

Edit: they tried to make my pizza, but you no longer have the cream cheese or the berry sauce so there’s no point. I understand it’s probably anexpensive pizza to make. I would gladly pay more for it. I hope you take this review seriously as it makes me legitimately sad.“

“I'm a truck driver who was delivering a load in the area and craving ramen. So, I found this place and ordered via Uber Eats. Let me start off by saying that the food is absolutely phenomenal. Everything tasted high quality and fresh. The food was packaged carefully. The broth for my spicy ramen didn't even leak! I also ordered the wontons in chili oil, which, again, were very fresh. The skin was thin, too, so it wasn't too doughy— just the perfect bite. My co-driver ordered the stir-fried udon with beef and enjoyed it immensely.

Now, onto the not-so-great details: this place is not very affordable with its high prices. It's the kind of restaurant you go to to Treat Yourself(TM). As delicious as it was, the spicy ramen came out to a whopping $39 with added toppings. Now, of course, it was my decision to add those toppings, so I'm not TOO hung up on that (mainly because I'm still trying to convince myself that the quality and taste at least made it worth a shot). But, nowhere on the menu or website does it describe what the ramen already comes with (no picture either), so it was either: 1) order and hope it comes with the usual toppings; or 2) ensure it has toppings by adding it myself. Normally, I would have no issue doing that, but keep in mind that the toppings range from $2.99 - $4.99 each. I think this restaurant could include more detailed descriptions for its dishes, and not just for the ramen. The item descriptions have VERY few words to begin with.

Moving on from the ramen itself, the prices for everything else I ordered were pretty high for the portion received. The scallion pancake was $11.95, but it only came with a single pancake. Usually, at that price, you'd get way more. The takoyaki was $10.95 with only 4 balls, and the signature sausage was $13.95 for what I'm pretty sure was only one sliced-up sausage. All were VERY good (the takoyaki was just okay), but the prices kind of killed it for us. Again, we're just sort of in a state of denial trying to convince ourselves it was worth it, because there is ZERO doubt that the food was amazing.

All things considered, I would come here again, but definitely only during a Treat Yourself(TM) day. Maybe next time, we'll try sitting in!“

“Came in tonight to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I always get the tonkatsu ramen (delicious). Tonight I tried the orange chicken for the first time. I'm so glad I did! It was perfectly sauced and still crispy. Service was fast and friendly despite being absolutely packed💗“

“My husband and I just celebrated my birthday dinner there this evening. We both must say it is an extraordinary restaurant with the best steaks we have had in the Lansing area. “I'm not from MI, but I'm staying for a week and was looking for vegan places to eat. I stumbled upon Veg-N and gave it a try. There is no dine-in so do keep that in mind. I just placed our order on their website, and within 15m it was ready! Pulled up to the drive-thru and was met with lovely customer service. We were offered on the house cookies and oh my they were amazing. Got home and unpacked the food to find little peppermints and handwipes in the bag!! I finished my Reuben in 5 minutes it was so good, the patty was soft and juicy and the kraut was perfect. The chili fries were great too - maybe a little sweet for me, but my friend said they were just right for her. Only thing I could ask for would be glaze on the cinnamon roll but I didn't expect any. Just wishful thinking. Overall, great place. The people seem lovely, the food came out fast, and it tasted amazing. I'm only here for a few more days but I will definitely be back, it was just that good. If you like burgers, fries, cookies, or cinnamon rolls you need to check this place out - vegan or not you will love it.“

Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. It was very good! My husband had the Olive burger and fries and said it was excellent. My daughter had the kimci fries which was a huge portion and looked so good, she loved them but did say they were a little spicy. I had the Brussels Sprouts Vegan and they were so good! I also have the kalamata Olive vegan Bread was a little to salty for me, I think it was the garlic salt in the everything seasoning. I would order it without that on it. It’s a little difficult to get to the restaurant, but really appreciated his efforts and all the help you gave me. As a pharmaceutical rep, I order a lot of lunches and sometimes I’m in a crunch and have my customers order something that is downtown pretty much a college bar where kids can walk to was a little difficult for me this morning, but the owner made it very, very convenient and I would definitely patronize his bar anytime. As for Jack, the bartender who I placed the order with he couldn’t have been more condescending and rude on the phone and he needs to change his habits Understanding that other people work there and it’s a livelihood for a lot of other people and every customer like me that you turn off like you did probably wouldn’t come back Thankfully, I had an opportunity to meet the owner who appeared and seemed to be a really great guy, and I wish him nothing but success for his business I wasn’t gonna tip Jack and shove it in his face but instead as I entered the bar there happen to be a nice young lady blonde hair, very bubbly personality and she kind of changed my mind about ripping Jack a new fanny. what Jack has forgotten in all his years of working in restaurants I’m sure is that the customer just wants a pleasant experience and nothing more good food and a pleasant experience that is not what you delivered for me on the phone today. I hope Jack sees this and changes his attitude because he’s definitely a negative force for your business.“
