Self service alcohol and food.
There are free table games to play and you grab the beer yourself with the wrist band.
The food was meh, the mozzarella sticks had honey on them for some reason. The wings were decent.

Very fun venue I visited this place on a Saturday night and had a ball doing karaoke. They have all genres of music from R&B to heavy metal lol gotta love Detroit.
They also have a really cute boutique bowling lanes perfect place for a small event girls night out or family fun definitely date night just do it. Parking sucks because of Michigan Avenue so pack your patience.

Corktown Taphouse is a lively venue offering a self-service experience for both food and drinks. Guests can enjoy pouring their own beers from over 70 taps, including beer, seltzer, and ciders, using a wristband that tracks their consumption and charges by the ounce. For those who prefer liquor, there is a full bar with a bartender. The atmosphere is fun and versatile, with activities such as duckpin bowling, boutique lanes, and a variety of board games, making it suitable for small events, family outings, or date nights. Visitors can also participate in events like karaoke or tequila tasting, which are conducted tastefully and with knowledgeable staff.
The food options include pizza and bar food, with the mozzarella sticks often praised as the best ever. However, some dishes like the spinach artichoke dip have experienced issues, with delays and incorrect servings reported. Overall, guests find Corktown Taphouse to be a great place for drinks, games, and entertainment, despite parking challenges on Michigan Avenue. It is a fun, casual spot that combines good drinks, lively activities, and a unique self-serve concept.
