Nice Atmosphere. I ordered the beef, bean Quesadilla. It was good. I wish the outside was grilled vs the soft version that was served. The taste was very good and the hot sauce selection was a nice touch. The atmosphere is definitely more like a bar vibe.

Based on the reviews, Cosmic Burrito Tequila Bar, Food Truck and Catering offers an extremely interesting place with a nice atmosphere and a bar vibe. The owner, Pablo, is extremely friendly, very hard working, and inviting. He is quite a character and clearly loves what he does. The food is delicious, extremely surprisingly excellent, and awesome. The burritos are extremely large and very very tasty. The pulled pork burrito is delicious and the pickles give it an extra kick. The beef, bean Quesadilla is good with a very good taste. The hot sauces are so good, made by the owner's business partner, and the brand is called Two Dogs. Yummy flavors include the cherry, the pineapple Chipotle, and the Michigan Cherry. The food is served with tortilla chips and several hot sauces to choose from. The margaritas are excellent and the lemon drops are very tasty. The pricing is spectacular with amazing prices. Service is great.
