Love Zingerman’s food and coffee, and the cafe is in a nice quiet spot, but the service I received at this location was sub-par. I asked to break a $50 so I could leave a cash tip, and when I checked my change afterward I was missing $10. Given the cold greeting I received from the staff, I didn’t feel comfortable asking the staff to double check their cash drawer. They’re getting a bigger tip than I intended, which isn’t the worst outcome at the new year…but it will...
They make the best iced latte in airport. Quick on service, and the baristas are very friendly. Love stopping by here for a sandwich and parfait when I just need a light snack for the plane
I came when I was on my way to Minnesota. I stopped by and was delighted by the service and conversation with the employees. They are kind and helpful, especially the one named Shana.
