The delivery guy was here within 20 minutes, which was way quicker than the estimated time, so thank you! All our food was delicious. The cheese fries were out of this world and so were the breadsticks. My parents really enjoyed the wingswings too! We got maranara sauce and some ranch and they were really good!
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’m treated like trash every time I call in. I was told 15 minutes this time and I’m currently sitting in my car watching two young children actively play in the parking lot, coming FROM the kitchen area. What is this insanity? Friday, January 12th at 6 pm. Check your surveillance feeds. Ordered rib tips, Oreo pie, baked Mac n cheese, and a popPop's were warm, I think they sent ham hock n neck bones instead of rib tips. Mac n cheese was ok, Oreo pie was good.I couldn't even tear that meat apart with my hands let alone my teeth.After a call they sent a replacement. It was no better. They were however very friendly.I'd like to mention that I've had many great experiences with the Melvindale location. The food is always delicious over there
