Wayne Anthony location is pretty consistent with my food orders. This little shop is has high volume of online and catering orders being so close to WSU so I try to be kind when walking in and ordering. Always a friendly staff too! Thanks!
I recently placed an order at the Jimmy John's location on Wayne State University's campus at 5118 Anthony Wayne Dr., Detroit, MI 48202. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.First and foremost, the core value proposition of Jimmy John's is its "Freaky Fast" service. I placed an order for delivery online. The store called me shortly after to advise they didn't have a delivery driver for the day. The young lady offered to close out the order or change to pickup. I asked for a refund and she said okay. I checked my account a few hours later and they processed my order as DELIVERED! Smh this is unacceptable!!!
