I recently visited this location and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by the team working tonight. The two men and the woman on shift were an absolutely immaculate team—professional, highly communicative, and incredibly efficient. Good, but very slow. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a pickup order during lunch rush, even when classes aren't in session. I never see the same faces, save for one or two guys; constantly feels like they're training new people, which probably says something about the work environment.
Very busy and the store could use some cleaning. Like brrom and mop time frfr 😑 the sandwich was gud as it should be but a not so clean restaurant takes away from the meal in my opinion .

Jimmy John's offers exceptional food with great customer service. The staff is helpful and understanding with order changes. While the chain's food is always exceptional, some locations might need a bit more attention to housekeeping. Overall, Jimmy John's provides accurate, labeled, and on-time orders with a friendly and kind service.
