“Corporate event here and they were very accommodating . The manager did an excellent job and was very respectful. Overall great job. Food was good, we had a classic menu and some of the dishes were done really well. The beef in particular was excellent, not over seasoned just simple and cooked correctly. Only future request is for the scallops to have one side seared to create multiple textures. The scallops lacked that good sear which holds on to some of the delicious flavors of the butter and salt without that it really became a bland scallop. Regardless we would still eat here again. Good service, nice people and a good enough variety on the menu.“

“If I knew how to post a picture to this review I would. The food looked amazing but when I lifted the potatoes up from my breakfast bowl it was so much grease. Edit. After speaking with them they corrected the situation and assured me it was a one time thing. I appreciate the fast response and them taking the time to talk to me. “We tried the Detroit Pepper Company tonight, first time! We went with the Detroit Stuffed Pepper, beef with parmesan cheese. Very good taste, and huge. We also ordered the Vegan Stuffed Pepper, but we will have to try it tomorrow for lunch...too full from the Detroit Stuffed Pepper! We also tried the lentil bean soup, very nice. And my wife enjoyed the Mango Tastic smoothie:-) We're happy to learn about the Detroit Pepper Company, and we'll be back. Highly recommended. “I'm visiting Detroit with my boyfriend & we came here for breakfast. We got the A-Lamar and Apple Pie smoothie which were both so good! The smoothie actually tasted like apple pie. We also got the ceaser salad, avocado toast & ginger shots. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back. Everything was 10/10.“

“I LOVE this place. Have been going since it was CK’s and it’s still just as good to this day. Shop is always very clean, everything is stocked, food is incredible every time, and the owner is a really nice guy. He always makes sure you leave happy. “One of my favorite places! Staff is great. They have limited indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating (covered with heaters for cold weather). The patio is such a vibe!

I love the Belle Island smoothie. I add the adaptogenic mushroom mix to mine for an additional cost. Other add ons include electrolyte hydration boost, maca, pea/whey protein, hangover helper, immune booster, etc.

I haven’t tried much of their food menu, but if you want a good snack, I always enjoy the power bites — made with sunflower butter, date, goji berry, oats, chia, date syrup, and sea salt. Delicious! :)“

“Stopped here after yoga on my birthday to grab a smoothie. I got the berry one and boy was it delicious!!! It took a little bit of time to make, but that’s just because only one real nice lady was behind the counter. Service was great. She was out of lids for the cup, but told me about that so I could be careful with it. My smoothie was refreshing and tasty - and it was under $8. I’d definitely come back here!

“My husband and I went for a lunch date. We enjoyed the wraps and smoothies. We tried the chili and it was good but more like a veggie soup consistency with a little meat in it but still good. Id have to say the pricing is high but we will be going back to try more.“

That sounds weird to even say but I never realized that I wasn't breathing through my nose as I slept. It was some of the best rest I've gotten in as long as I can remember.“

I ordered the beef kabobs, but they were sold out for the night, so they called me and asked if they could upgrade me to a more expensive choice (lamb chops) free of charge.NEXT TIME ILL GO STRAIGHT FOR THE LAMB CHOPS!!
