It's a Detroit thang. Pork hotdogs that u can add chili onions cheese. I had the loose meat burger (chili in a hotdog bun)..chili not hearty..very soft like..cooked for sometime. Place had nostalgia the older end of business (the original spot) super small..motown artists would stop in back in the day. The Lafayette Special was delicious but too messy to hold. Husband said the coneys were the best he ever had! Not the friendliest dude, nor the cleanest place, but I'd go back for sure! Gotta try their competition and maybe re-review them.

You want the best coney Detroit has to over! This is your place. Their coneys, fries, and pies are amazing! Baklava is off the charts! The atmosphere here is Detroit, eat at the counter day or night, and you're bound to meet someone new or run into some excitement. It's always one of my first stops when I make it back to the city. There are so many new places all over the city, but nothing beats the original.
