New Center Eatery

We went to have breakfast and had to wait in a long line before we even got to order, about 30 minutes. Once we ordered we found a seat and breakfast came in about 30 minutes. We had omelettes, and they were delicious! It was worth the wait. The wait staff was attentive and worked hard, I appreciated their effort. But, I will say, walking through the front door to a broken window in door and bad smell in the entry initially made me want to leave, I am glad we stayed.

This little gem is nestled in across the street from the "Historic" Hotel St. Regis. Let me tell you it is amazing! It is one of those little eateries, deli-style places where the cooks are pros at what do. They may not be chefs by any means but they know their craft and what they are doing. Limited menu due to upcoming change in location! Ordered chicken and waffles (bone in). Flavor was okay but the texture and crunch was excellent! Overall the food was good. I do not like that you order and pay for food prior to sitting, which cancelled the opportunity to adjust your tip for bad service ( if you received it).
