Panda Chinese Restaurant is the best spot in the city. It has always been a staple favorite. Quality is always there. Whenever a friend asks for recommendations, people are sent here. Pictured meals include almond chicken with white rice, orange chicken with shrimp fried rice, and chicken lomein. However, an update noted that general tso chicken was very chewy and tasted old, rice flavor was ok, and egg rolls also had a chewy taste. It is a takeout location with good food at an amazing price point. The people who run the joint are fairly cordial. Customers haven't gotten sick yet.
