Crowded and very loud. Food was ok if u ordered a burger. Sandwiches and other items I would pass on. Drinks were all delicious and was a nice atmosphere for a bday party. Be prepared to spend $$ it is expensive here. Food comes out spotty and Luke warm when u do finally get it.

The ambience is really nice the energy and atmosphere is amazing . The Dancing is my favorite part they come out turn off the lights and dance and celebrate you for your birthday. I will most definitely be back in the future to celebrate more parties.

Got a migraine headache because the music was so loud. There’s birthdays every 5 minutes with yelling and banging. Couldn’t have a conversation without screaming to my guests due to the volume. Other folks seems to be having fun but not for me…as my $46 drink barely had any liquor in it (literally drank the entire thing before my meal came and didn’t feel a thing) and spaghetti and meatballs had no meatballs.

This restaurant needs a huge huge deep clean. Everything is stinky and smells. The waiter, Greg, was super nice. The food was decent but i could NOT get over the smell and how dirty it was.

We had a wonderful time at the Sugar Factory yesterday for my sister’s birthday. The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious & by far the main highlight of the night was Greg. Greg is hands down the best server I’ve ever encountered, he was so polite & outgoing to make sure we had a good time & even made us laugh a couple of times too?. But I highly recommend this place for birthdays, general fun, or just overall a good time & if he’s available, I highly recommend asking Greg to be your server because he is something special.

Food was sub par for the price. One entire meal was not entered by waiter so this meal came out very late. Not one time did our waiter refill our water glasses and nor did he bring us silverware, we had to get it off another table. Shakes were ok. My son ordered a shake that was Cookie Monster themed. Cute presentation but terrible quality of cookie and doughnut on top; extremely stale. When we asked for a check it was met with an eye roll and a 20 minute wait. I didn’t want to make a scene being my son’s Birthday but I will never be back nor recommend. Go at your own risk!
