We celebrated my baby girl's 12th birthday here with eight of her friends/cousins and it was a great experience from the moment we walked in. Donovan greeted us with positive energy, asked my baby girl her name since we were there to celebrate her, sat us AND waited on us. He was patient when taking the children's orders and talked to them with lots of respect. He checked on us periodically, kept us up to date about the status of our food and made sure everyone was comfortable....
I would like to thank Donnevan for his outstanding service at Sugar Factory. This has been a great first time experience here. He was polite, kind, and helpful (with menu). The positive attitude and energy he showed to me and my family was great! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back again! Next time we come back, we want Donnevan!
