“I've been to alot of Qdobas, local and out of state. This MSU campus location is the best overall experience I have encountered. The management, the staff were real and not like robots. The food prep and portion makes it delicious.The chicken even is cut in bigger chunks. One local franchise cuts it so small it looks like it comes out of a Tyson can and grilled. Then they shake the spoon and voila, you have a baby portion on your $8 quesadilla. It's unfortunate that individual franchise owners will trim their portions in the name of profit. I will continue to patronize the East Grand River location and recommend to my friends and Co workers.“

“I wanted to write a review about El Azteco West but their page no longer appears in my search. The manager, Bobby, demonstrates unprecedented unprofessionalism and incompetence. My boyfriend was a cook at the Westside location but quit due to egregious health code violations. They let a burrito sit out on the counter for almost two hours, then microwaved it and served it to a customer. There's severe mice infestation. They also stored the tiolet brush on the same shelf as the clean dishes. Things got ridiculous after my boyfriend quit and called the health department. Bobby withheld his paycheck from him because she wanted to confront him about calling the health department. She called him evil for notifying the health department, instead of handling the complaints internally. Astoundingly, she denied that letting for sit out for almost two hours and then serving it to a customer constituted a health code violations. When my boyfriend finally picked up his check, someone had written "turd" on it. They also only paid him minimum wage, far less than the other cooks. The manager, Bobby, threatened to call the police on me for slander for telling people about the mice infestation and for writing truthful negative reviews. Bobby was so pathetic, she threatened to call our landlord. I discourage everyone from eating at this restaurant and working there. I've never experienced such a dirty, poorly run restaurant with managers who disregard food safety and professionalism.“

“I have lived around here a while now and frequented this Taco Bell often. What I have seen is a continual effort to be better. I honestly believe the staff puts in real effort and works hard. I had previously rated this place lower, but the staff are great. The only issue this place ever has it that it the only place open after midnight. It’s not uncommon to see long drive through line, but I no doubt that they are working as fast as anyone would. The few times there has ever been any issue they have fixed it. Tonight I ordered through a third party and a side sauce was missing (2AM on a Saturday ) I called, and put in another delivery and they added everything missing. Even though I’m sure they were swamped they went out of their way to make it right“
