“Best Pizza I’ve had in months. In a little strip mall next to Jackie’s. Far superior to the other pizza places in Holland. Great baked crust and a bit of a kick in the sauce. Quite a surprise to “find” this place as I drive past it frequently and decided today to stop in.“

“I only stopped in here today to buy a side of pizza sauce to use when eating my leftovers for lunch. Customer Service was very fast, quick to assist me! Their food is always great, doesn't matter if you pick ut up in the store, or have it delivered!! My boyfriend says that they have the best sauce of all! If it isn't, it's damn nearclose!! We are never unhappy when ordering from Jets!!“

“A Saugatuck gem serving top-notch New Haven-style pizza. We had a lovely dinner at Noble Twist. We wanted to try it since it had great reviews. The pizzas were unique. We shared the delicious Arugula Caprese Salad and the Bruzzi Pizza was a perfect balance of mozzarella, basil, garlic, and balsamic. The pizza and salad were more than enough for two and we took a few slices to-go. Super friendly service, and a great outdoor space make this a must visit.“

“Amazing staff! I asked about a cider I had that I loved and although they didn’t carry it, they generously offered to see if they could get it for me. A week later they called to say they got it in for me and how much of it did I want(probably a minimum they had to order)? I appreciated their efforts so much that I bought all of it-Customer Service (and upselling)at its finest! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S. Give those ladies a raise! 💯“

“We go every other Sunday evening but that ends now! this location is disgusting, it's dirty and on super bowl Sunday the floors where so slick my abled body almost became disabled from a fall and not one employee seemed to care or even bother to get a slippery floor sign. This is a direct failure in management as they are not concerned about the conditions of the restaurant. Our family of 7 will not be returning and warning everyone to stay away until new management is brought in and a very very deep cleaning is done!!!“

“I made an online order for 10 pizzas tonight, filled in the correct pickup time for tomorrow evening, but the site somehow defaulted my order to pickup TONIGHT! I called the location immediately to try and change the pickup date and time, and was on hold for the entire time it took to make all 10 pizzas. When an employee picked up, I explained the situation, he put me on with the store manager. The store manager wasn’t sure if he’d be able to do anything, but checked with his district manager, which was the correct thing to do. He then said there was no problem, canceled the incorrect order, and put it in again for pickup tomorrow. I am very happy with his understanding and willingness to help. Didn’t get his name, but whoever was store manager on the evening of 4/11/24: Excellent customer service skills! You’re good at your job. My little girl’s birthday party was saved!“
