In town to show a friend of mine the area, stopped in before the Fourth of July fireworks! Our server, Keegan, was great! The specials all sounded delicious but ultimately we went with the bacon burger and the Shrimp Perloo with sweet potato fries (pictured). My friend said it was the best meal he had in a long time and I have to agree. Can’t wait to come back!
First of all a big thank you to our server Donovan T. As out of state guests, he gave us a great overview of the menu. As well as awesome recommendations. The fried green tomatoes were wonderful, and we make a pretty good batch ourselves. My spouse ordered the Sea scallop and shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it so much we barely spoke during dinner. I enjoyed the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with macaroni and cheese and a side of great collard greens.
