“My wife loved the Iron Skillet.I had the biscuits and gravy, so good. The biscuit was huge and the gravy plentiful. Our waitress was fun and helpful. That homemade cinnamon toast was delicious. Most definitely, we will stop by any time we're in the area.“

“We stopped in for pie and coffee. If you like pie and coffee, you’ll be VERY happy here. We had the strawberry-rhubarb and the raspberry pies. The strawberry-rhubarb was very good but slightly over sweetened for my taste and without a strong underlying flavor to make it go. The raspberry pie also sweet but had a raspberry punch that made it an excellent pie. All the pies are made on-premise by the way. The coffee, while not gourmet, stands up well to the pie.“

“I thank this place for being in my life. The croissant dough is perfection. The pan au chocolate uses a delicious High quality chocolate. They make a sweetened laminated dough treat, which I cannot remember it's name. (Auirgny? ).. it is AMAZING!!!. The owners are so kind. Try this place!!!! Going back tomorrow for buckwheat crepes!!!!“

“Look, I have been going to East Jordan for the last 30+ years. I remember Main Street before the beautification project. I remember when the rose-stone police station went up. I remember the black flakes from the iron works foundry snowing down onto the lake. I don't miss everything, but I miss a lot. Change is hard, certainly for me, but Iron Goat Coffee has given East Jordan the kind of iced latte it's never had. At least not for me, not in the last 30+ years.“
