“It can get very crowded, and sometimes that means waiting 20+ minutes for a drink. I don't blame the workers, they are going as fast as they can. But also because they tend to be incredibly busy, it gets dirty until someone can finally break away from making drinks to clean up.“
“This location DOES let you use the app to get rewards/pay. The staff is really nice and, despite me rarely going there, I still manage to always see the same workers :PThe picture I have attached is the one picture I have of a drink from there (I love seeing pictures in reviews, so this is for all y'all who are the same). It's an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice and extra almond milk instead of oatmilk. It was sooooooo good I can't even explain. It's the lowest in calories that I can find, given I don't know the differences between any of the types of coffees they offer and it still tastes good.“
“My partner and I stopped here this morning after *thinking* we’d placed our order in advance on the mobile app. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, the very friendly barista informed us we’d actually placed the order at the location up the road. We were so embarrassed and ready to pull away, but she told us they could make it at this location instead and offered our dog a pup-cup while we waited. Our dog loved the pup-cup and we loved not having to make a second stop. The barista was so kind and understanding, I wish we’d asked for her name to make sure she gets some much deserved recognition. Coffee was great as usual.“
“Fantastic staff, drinks are always right for me, and they take MSU Student Cash. I would highly recommend this Starbucks to MSU students but would advise going at rush hour times because the line gets insanely long. Love the location and the staff is very friendly.“
