We had the jambalaya and the shrimp and grits, which were amazing and started off with a half a dozen of oysters, which were fresh and came with great horseradish and cocktail sauce. I’ll bring people here if I get the chance. Also, the bread was top notch as well.
We tried the food here and it was really good overall. The dishes were tasty, and our favorite was the fried alligator. The only thing that wasn’t quite right was the miso—it didn’t seem fresh. Everything else was great though!
This is one of those restaurants that delivers well beyond expectations! Located off the beaten path this place is wildly popular and worthy of a long trip!
