“I had the beast burger deluxe on a homemade bun. Best burger I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection (medium). John was our congenial server. The atmosphere is homey, very comfortable! I cannot believe I've driven by this hidden gem for years! 1st time here and I will definitely return!!“

“An honest review… I never, EVER get a burger when I go out to eat. It’s just not my thing. I want something other than a burger, ya know? …..so we are sitting at Hamburger Mary’s this evening and I asked one of the owners what they liked…. “The burgers….they’re really good and juicy”. Listen y’all, even if you don’t normally get a burger when you go out to eat, you should not, I repeat, you should NOT, pass up a burger here! I got the meaty mushroom burger and it was absolutely delicious and “juicy” just as a good burger should be!! My girl got one of their flatbreads and we also got cheese curds. “First time here. Waitress seemed a bit quirky, but it seemed like this was the norm from my mother who comes more regularly. For each order you can get a sample of their baked beans. Again, kinda odd in my experiences, but each place has their own things. The beans were good, btw. I ordered a burger that had bacon. Not sure exactly the name. It was good. The fries were also very good, better than expected. Portion sizes were respectable for the price. They make their own iced tea, and it was running a bit low on the several gallon jug they poured from. But it was good. I would go back again. My kids would like the place.“

“Rating is actually 4.8. My husband and I had lunch there today, he ordered fish and chips and I ordered a Reuben sandwich. The fish and chips were good but the meat in my Reuben was tough and gristly. My husband asked for the manager and he, himself, re-made the sandwich and it was perfect. It was the most tender corned beef ever. I think they have the best Reuben in the Toledo area.“

“Food and service was great. However I am definitely disappointed with the root beer . It seems like it doesn't have that old time flavor I grew up with and it's really expensive considering it's A&W . I miss the old time frosted mug root beer flavor with just enough foam on the top. We will definitely eat there again.“

“Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.“

“I drove up on 7/9/25 at 8:30pm and was able to quickly get through the drive thru. I got told my tots would be super hot so be careful, they all were so sweet and kind and made my burger and sundae to perfection!! The tots were hot and crispy and everything was just awesome!!!! “Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!

“Culver's is a great choice if your over the typical fast food choices and want something that more like a fine In kinda food. I'd place Culver's up in my top 3 places for burgers with five guys right up there and surprisingly Arby's but Culver's as my number one . Everything's made in house and fresh staff and service was amazingly fast and efficient. Tho you will wait acoupke mins for your food yes but it's minimal at that id say 5 mins maybe.“

“I used to manage a dine in restaurant, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the last-minute customers show up. They only add minimal overall sales while lowering your sales/hour and hurt your labor since you have to keep your staff there and paid which cost more than the profit gained usually..... so I am very happy that when my 80yo grandmother wanted 4 quarts of Dairy Queen ice cream because all the others upset her stomach at the last half hour that not only did she get it but the staff was friendly and you would never have known they were just ready to go home after a long shift.
