“Local truck driver here. Just stopped in to grab a burger really fast. I can honestly say I don’t really write reviews ever but that was hands down the best burger I think I’ve ever eaten in my life. All the staff were so friendly and very nice. 10/10 keep up the great work!!”

“This is some of the best sushi in Metro Detroit, it’s our favorite sushi place and we go there almost weekly. The food is always delicious and the staff and service is phenomenal. I have never left this restaurant disappointed or hungry. If I could give this place more than five out of five stars, I would. 11/10 would recommend. Some of our favorite roles include, Caribbean roll, Cancun roll, rainbow roll, just the name a few examples they’re all delicious just order whatever suits your taste, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Their pizza is top notch! They are our favorites in the area. No one has pizza as good as they do! Besides their food I want to highlight their community involvement. We love that they hosted a Be Positive event with pizza & ice cream for the community. They even did a free raffle for kids with be positive items, our toddler won a star pillow and it says positive phrases to her. We just thought it was such a generous and kind event to host that really reflects their commitment to the community!”

“I rarely write reviews but I want this restaurant to never go away. Go there, spend your money, you won't be upset. Comfortable restaurant, fantastic staff, and amazing food! We ordered appetizers, lunch, and take out for dinner. We got the Reuben Spring Rolls, Pretzel Sticks, Monte Cristo and the Bourbon Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, all delicious! The Mushroom Soup and Beef Stew are the best I've ever had!”

“Farmington Deli provided lunch at our hotel on my daughter’s wedding day. Owner was so pleasant to work with, delivery was on time and food was fantastic. We ordered fruit tray, veggie tray, subs, wraps and Italian pasta salad. The spread was presented beautifully.”

“I stopped by Farmington Brewing shortly before they closed for the evening, but I still had a good time. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming, and the space was warm and inviting. As usual, I tried a flight of beers, and I found them to be of good quality. The mango jalapeño ale was especially interesting. I had some great conversation with the staff during this visit, and it really felt like a nice place. I’d definitely visit again, hopefully with more time.”

“I fumbled the ball on ordering a cake in time for my daughter’s graduation. After realizing my mistake I called a few great places who were of course, booked. And Never Forgotten said hold. Talked to the Baker and made it happen including an additional request for two trays of mixed little pastries brownies cookies and one with raspberry. They are amazing at this shop where I love to snatch the infamous old world bread right off the shelf. Long story short, everything was perfect for my grad and we even called to pick it up a little late-it was “sure thing” in response to every request from start to finish. I’ll be stopping by soon to thank you again. You really make delicious Everything! I now am in love with two bakeries. Heaven help me!”

“I have lived over in Farmington Hills for almost a year. I love stopping by to get my Vernors cooler. The staff are always very polite and kind and they have fast service there too. One day I was purchasing something and the young lady gave me a gift card for their store just because, I thought that was such a beautiful gesture for the establishment to do that randomly. “Nice unpretentious restaurant and wonderful staff. Although there is sometimes a language barrier, the staff goes out of their way to accommodate special food requests. For example: I am allergic to bean sprouts and do not like bamboo shoots. They will allow me to substitute 2 other vegetables in a dish that has those ingredients, at no extra charge. Also they will allow you to change sauces for a dish. For example, I like their masaman curry sauce but I find they're drunken noodles sauce is too salty for me. They will allow me to order the drunken noodle dish and substitute the massaman curry sauce for the drunken noodle sauce.😋 Their lunch portion is perfect and comes with a complimentary soup. Whenever I order a dinner size portion, I always have leftovers. Thank you guys so much.”

“My husband and I decided early on that food was going to be the most important part of our wedding day. We also knew that we wanted it to be 100% vegan. As big fans of Chive Kitchen when they had the restaurant in Farmington, we knew they could put together a fantastic menu for us. We hired Chive for food, bar service, and month-of consult and weekend coordinator. Suzy and team helped create an incredible evening that we will never forget.

After our first meeting with Suzy, we knew we were in good hands. As two guys who had never given a lot of thought to what our “dream” wedding would look like, she took our vague ideas and turned them into reality. We had a general idea of what type of venue we wanted, and her first suggestion was absolutely perfect. The bulk of the planning was left to us, but Suzy was always available to bounce ideas, provide advice, and steer us in the right direction.

Suzy’s creative vision, intuition, and experience are unmatched. Everything from a unique room layout and schedule of events to small details with table decor and custom menu items were executed flawlessly. Her team handled all of the set-up and tear-down, leaving us to just enjoy the day with our families. The decor was so thoughtful, warm, and just beautiful - more than we could ever try to articulate.

The curated vegan food, cocktails, and mocktails were absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from guests - even those who are leery of the “V” word. Bruschetta, buffalo bites, and fried artichoke appetizers were immediately devoured. Dinner was Caesar salad, braised cabbage, mashed potatoes, portobello steaks, and mostaccioli. All of it was so tasty (the BEST mushroom I’ve ever had) and we were reminded of all our wonderful dates at Chive Kitchen. We especially loved the custom cocktail themed after our chihuahua. And of course the cupcakes (pumpkin spice and chocolate) were a HUGE hit. Suzy was able to accommodate all of our guests' food allergies with ease.

On top of everything else, it meant a lot to us to work with a woman owned small business and fervent LGBTQ+ ally. Working with Suzy and her team was a dream. They did all the heavy lifting and we were able to truly enjoy and soak up the incredible evening that was put together for us. Chive was responsible for the most important part of our wedding which was coming together with family and friends to share a delicious meal. We will cherish the memories forever. “5/5 Bulldog's is the best spot for cheesesteaks in the area. Personally don't eat beef so I love that they have chicken options. The staff have great energy and whipped up our order very quickly. True to the Philly experience with loaded cheese wiz. I also recommend getting a side of the chipotle mayo.”

“I gave this place a shot for 2 reasons: 1) they made the effort to stick a carryout menu in the front door of my house; and 2) Rainbow's phone was an endless busy signal. After trying the food (lo mein, egg foo young, general tso's chicken, and Szechuan Shrimp), I'm very happy I tried this place. I think it just might be the best tasting Chinese takeout I've had in the area. I'll definitely be going back and I encourage anyone reading this to give it a try.”

“I’m not a huge fan of Chinese food...it is either blah or just ok to me. There’s never been a restaurant that made me think it was great, mostly because I prefer other ethnic food much more. That being said, even with my bias, this place is really good! The portions are HUGE and at a fair price, and the egg rolls are perfectly crisp on the outside and flavorful and moist on the inside. What makes it 5 stars? The staff has a sense of urgency...everyone is bustling around in there, but they are really friendly and you genuinely feel that they are happy their restaurant is so full and busy. I got the sense that they really wanted to please people. Even on a Friday night when it was very busy, we barely waited 10 minutes to get seated. Our food came out very fast and our waitress was super nice. It was also noticeably very clean in there. Nice updated decor and fresh clean tables and booths.”

The food was very fresh and there was a large variety of items on the menu for people with different diet, restrictions and different appetites. Our server, Ashley, was very attentive and a wonderful waitress. Greg Conley was great to deal with and help us to find the perfect venue for our special dinner. Thank you to Cowleys for the great atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food. We highly recommend.”
