“I came back to edit my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I had gotten a hold of someone from the afternoon crew and he took my name down and said when I came back up in the future they would fix the issue. When I went in the afternoon crew was great and resolved the shortage immediately. Changed my view on this location completely.

First time at this Tim Hortons, paid for a 40 pack of tim bits, got home, opened the 40 pack box to find 20 tim bits in the package. Tried calling because I can't get back up to the store to see what can be done, and no one will answer the phone.“
“Easily the best Tim Hortons in Fenton, even though it shares space with a gas station. Best suited for drive thru or take out. Amazing staff is polite, quick, knowledgeable and accurate. My order is often ready before I complete the financial transaction.“
