“Our table ordered the chicken fried rice, the forager with sourdough toast, and the salmon burger with fries. My boyfriend said the salmon burger was a 5/5 and he really enjoyed it! My friend said the forager exceeded his expectations and was really nicely cooked. He also got a fresh brewed iced tea and really liked it. The coffee was also solid. I liked the chicken fried rice, but others at my table were less impressed by it. It has a vinegar taste and is a bit soggy and spicy (I really liked it though). Friendly service! Variety of items on the menu, too. Everything together was about $55. Glad we stopped by.“

“Me and my girlfriend ordered from this place and we got take out. I've never been here before. She's been here a few times. I got the chorizo hash with scrambled eggs, and she got a breakfast sandwich. The wait wasn't too long, and you could see when you walked in that they were making everything fresh and to order, so you are definitely getting food right off the grill. I got the food and took it home. The hash was amazing and seasoned very well, the chorizo was tasty and the eggs were perfect but the potatoes were the best. She loved her breakfast sandwich. We will definitely be back. This is now on my list for good recommendations.“

“It's hard to find a classic diner with good food, generous portions, and great people - this place is it. I was in Detroit on business and ate here several times. The owners are incredibly sweet and the food was excellent.

If you're downtown and enjoy a good diner experience, it's hard to beat this place.“

“Soul food the movie was running on a TV. The hostess Crystal was pleasant and the cook Flo made me a tasty Western Omelette. Coffee was fresh. Good place to grab a quick bite if you have to wait near the Patrick McNamara federal building and you are feeling hungry.“

“Only place open 24 hours. Went in for a late dinner. It's a really laid back place! Our server was sweet and funny, beautiful red head (not that that matters) but maybe they will know who im talking about and acknowledge her for doing a good job!“

“It's a good place to grab a quick bite, especially for lunch. I order take out once a week or more from here. They have a good variety of options and I love their specials. The staff is very friendly and they make the food quick. There isn't much room to dine in but they have tables. I recommend them if you're looking for a nice lunch but don't have much time.“

It’s like being served at a luxury resort with the elements of comfort food mixed all together. Paco cooked the meals in these photos, and came out and asked how it was, I love that!
John is always there, keeping a watchful eye over everything and making sure there’s balance and order ?
It’s clean, always open and you can’t beat the food/atmosphere. There’s even bowls of fresh fruit on the breakfast bar. To top it off, the owner likes to come around and greet/chat with his customers.

“Nice place, very good breakfast, good portions and price. Plenty of tasty coffee! Service was very good. I recommend they clean the parking lot and entrance though. Believe it or not it does affect business. When I saw the mess I wondered if it was clean inside.“
