“Great breakfast place. We went to Ohio to watch the eclipse and stopped by here for breakfast. I got some eggs and hash browns and it kept me full for a while! If you’re from out of town looking for breakfast this is a great place to go for a great price.“
“Diner food at its best--this is a must-stop in Toledo if you like this kind of food & feel! Meatloaf was fluffy and mouthwateringly savory. Breakfast burrito has the fluffiest eggs ever--quite a feat when the eggs are stuffed & rolled inside a tortilla! Best thing we ate, though, was the chocolate peanut butter pie. Again, crazy fluffy and was exactly the right flavor profile. We also had a chocolate peanut butter shake to which we asked to add bananas. Also fluffy and yummy!“
“I eat breakfast and lunch here. The food portion is great, more than plenty. The quality of the food is very good. They are quick to take your order and get your food prepared. One of my go to restaurants! Corn beef hash and eggs, eggs benedict is fantastic and the grilled chicken sandwich with fries...all very good.“
“My niece and I found this place while I was visiting her. We chose the Toledo area to meet as she used to live near there but she had never eaten here before. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended some dishes as it was our first time there. My niece got the French toast (she loved it) and I got the Monroe street diner omelet. Fantastic! The only drawback is that it is a small restaurant so you may end up waiting for a table. We were lucky - someone was leaving as we came in. We just had to wait for the table to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was a great dining experience. I can't wait for our next aunt/niece bonding and shopping day so we can try more of their food! The burgers and wraps looked pretty tasty.....“
“Probably one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Very large portions. Quality food. We got divorced eggs and the VIP. Added cheese to the home fries (similar to a hash brown or fried potatoes) and a little avocado.We were only passing through Toledo and wanted a local diner. This place IMPRESSED. Friendly service, delicious food down to the thick toast.We highly recommend and would revisit if we are ever here again.“
