“I absolutely love this place. The servers were on top of my table, super friendly, food was fast, hot and delicious. My eggs were cooked exactly how I like them. Portions were plentiful. And the prices are way better compared to a lot of the other Coneys in the area. “I order my eggs sunny side up. One on my plate was broken. I don’t mind if one is broken or both. To my surprise, the cook came out and gave me an egg sunny side up. He apologized for his mistake. Now that’s customer service. That was first!“
“We're semi-regulars here, as there's limited local options. We always have good service from wait staff. The food is usually 'good', not great. Excellent coffee-not motor-oil dark like most diners. I personally love the encrusted French toast. The cost of the food is high, but not outrageous. The restrooms need some attention. Lastly, like many local diners are starting to do--expect to get the gouge for using your credit card to pay. Which for @ 80% of Americans, that's how we conduct sales transactions anymore. Annoying beyond description, dare I state the obvious?: the credit card processing cost is ALREADY built into the pricing structure for the food here. Hence the prices. Gouging the customers who use a credit card to pay for their meal with an additional 3-4% is outlandish. Why doesn't the owner offer a 'cash discount' of 3-4%, and forego the credit card fee instead? Overall, I recommend going here. I like it, but I don't love it. The personal service of several of the long-term waitresses alone is worth the visit.“

“I have been dining at Olympic Coney for at least 15 years and I have never had a bad experience. Their Lemon Chicken Rice soup is my wife's preferred meal when she's under the weather.Dining in I have always loved their omlettes--add the house red sauce and enjoy the ride!!“
“One of my favorite coneys to go to. One of the few places around that still OPA!!! Never go wrong with the saganaki. I’ve Never had any bad food from here. I usually go for the gyros or pitas but the coneys and chili cheese fries and chili cheese hash browns are fire ?. Breakfast is served all day if you’re in the mood and is always good. Staff is always nice and friendly.“
“Prices are getting pretty high. Love the food. Me and my wife use to eat here 2 times a week for under $18 dollars. The last time I went a breakfast a dinner and 2 coffees came to over $33 dollars with appropriate tip. With these prices I'd rather cook at home. Over $3 dollar for friggin coney dogs... Come on! Us regular working people can't pay these outrageous prices. Find new food distributors or something.“
“After court today, me and my guests went to breakfast. We chose Denny's (On Eureka road in Southgate) Denny's has never been known for excellent food but always a good place to stop for breakfast and it always finds it's way onto my list.Today, the always good, but never great food, mixed with some of the best customer service I've had in 50 years. Simply fantastic service. I think my waitress was a cyborg. She remembered all of our orders down to the sides of each person with out writing ANY of it down. and we were NOT her only table.Whenever I lifted my head she was already on the way to my table with coffee. So Janet, Janice, whatever your name was, I'm terrible with names. Again, thank you for excellent service. I wish I could get you a raise. You deserved it and definitely your tip today.“
“I have been going to this place for over twenty years, before and after it was remodeled. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. It is the best broasted chicken in the area and a little cheaper than some of the others ( none are cheap considering inflation ). They are worth a look if you are in the area.“
