I ordered a #5 Vito & noticed the gal making my sub was wearing rubber gloves but her (over 1 Inch spiked nails) were pierced through the gloves & were completely exposed while she made my sub. GROSS! I reported this to JJ’s corporate... they did NOTHING or even offered me a replacement sub. Very disappointed! Stay as far from Jimmy John’s in Ferndale as possible! 👎🏻👎🏻 - Zero ⭐️’s... not even 1!
The residents of west cambourne are very concerned about your delivery drivers racing down our street. PLEASE SLOW DOWN.
This location is horrible. Over an hour every.single.time. Even got our order wrong this time and it took another 20 minutes for them to come back. No apology and no compensation. About an hour and 30 minutes wait this time. Better off going across the street and picking up Jersey Mikes. I'm done with this place.
