“We recently had our annual Christmas dinner at Grand Finale and it couldn't have gone any better. Justin and the entire staff did an outstanding job hosting our team. The food and service was top notch and the ambiance was perfect!”

“I’m so glad we found this place! I did a quick search for the best brekkie in Grand Haven place & this popped up. Parking was easy and we could tell we’d made the right choice the second we opened the door. It was packed with happy customers. We were seated at the bar as the tables were full. Our server was lovely & our drinks delivered almost right away. I ordered the savoury crepes & Chris ordered the Cadillac omelette. Both were delicious! The small bowl of fruit with mine was a great way to finish the meal. The restaurant decor is fun and homely. Absolutely recommend!”

“The best appetizers and best mushroom soup I’ve ever had at a sushi place! Japanese Rangoons are decadent, edamame is steamed and salted perfectly every time. Sushi for two is beautiful and amazing! And the staff are kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet, calming and welcoming. Love lucky tea!”

“Great destination for a family evening outside. Loved the outdoor seating in the back, complete with picnic tables, shade trees, a playground and a bags game. Yes, the portions are huge, but I would have preferred for the ice cream to be unique and not Hudsonville brand, which you can find at grocery stores. Also, they really need to up their napkin game considering the amount of dripping that ice cream cones do in the summer. We had to get real napkins out of our car because their thin, tiny napkins just weren't cutting it. But overall, we were really happy we found this place because it was more than just an ice cream run—it was a family experience.”

“We dined at the Arboreal Inn this evening, July 5, 2023. When the owner, Don Weersing, stopped by our table, I told him I could "not come up with enough superlatives" to describe how wonderful the sea bass dinner was! Tiegan was the server and she was the best! This is without a doubt the finest dining that West Michigan has to offer.”

“Had an awesome time Saturday, 3-1-25. Haven't been back to Herbie's in almost 20 years. Had a waitress that actually remembered my mother my father from when we used to meet there with our youngest daughter. Waitress and I apologize I forgot your name, you were outstanding, caring, and bubbly. She's been a waitress there for 25 years. A lot of the wait staff and staff had tie dye shirts with a logo on the back. Those were cute. Had the steak and eggs, American fries, Texas toast, coffee. Everything was excellent. The wife had standard two eggs bacon and toast. They've had to recently upcharge $0.50 per egg, like a lot of restaurants are because of the new price increase with the bird flu. Still, excellent money for the value that we got. Plenty of portions. Will try to go back soon, hopefully not as long as 20 years. The decor is quaint with airplane memorabilia hanging from the ceilings the walls and posters. Don home folk down home food downhome good time down home great value.”

“Simple, delicious ice cream experience. The first time I went, my cup wasn't big enough and they wouldn't give me a bigger cup or split it up into two cups. They did give me an extra cup, but doing it myself was extremely messy. They were pretty rude about it too, so I had to drive home with this dripping all over my car. Second time I went for ice cream (months later) they accidentally gave me soft serve, but they remade it for me and it was in a bigger cup with a top, so much easier to transport. Everyone was kind and helpful this time around. I would recommend them after this last interaction. It's a very popular spot where lots of older and middle aged couples hang out. There's limited parking, but there are a few tables for people to sit and socialize while you eat.”

“do recommend this place for years now. However, be careful the breads they advertise are not ready when they open at 8 am. Some breads aren’t ready until 10 or 11 am. Call ahead to make sure the bread you want is ready. Great variety here as well!”

“The service here is great. The staff working here (Grand Haven) tonight (8/8/25) was very helpful. My car had caught fire in the curbside parking. They had called 911 and another employee put the fire out. The true reason I wrote this review is one of the staff members even came back out to check up on me. I appreciated that a lot. Thank you all for your help.”

“20250707 A small market with blueberry products (blueberry coffee, blueberry topping, blueberry syrup, blueberry cookies, blueberry donuts, blueberries, blueberry chocolate, etc). They is also an ice cream shop. The blueberry chocolate chip cookies are delicious. The blueberry donut has a real nice blueberry aroma. Looking forward to trying the blueberry dark chocolate. I might have to come back before I head home.”
