My husband was over charged today by accident at Burger King in flat rock on Gibraltar rd, and the girl taking his order was very nice and it was an accident but she didn’t know how to fix it. The man that came to help her was very rude and mean with her, throwing bags around and talking to her like she was stupid in front of my husband she was clearly embarrassed and scared! Burger King has undergone a transformation. This Burger King, attached to a gas station, is the best some have ever been to. The staff are friendly folks, not empty smiles or lazy kids trapped behind a register. The burgers taste like they were cooked outside on the grill. However, food is 50/50 and service is 50/50. The atmosphere is of a cheap hotel. Employees are known to fight with each other loudly for all to hear. Even when an order is clarified, it has been wrong, and the customer is questioned when asking for it to be fixed. Some believe they stole their identity. Even when the staff is friendly and quick, the food is 50/50.
