“My 45 th birthday party, we had six people and only 5 got food, we explained very well before ordering to the waitress that my husband was allergic to onions and we made sure the burritos had no onions per the waitress, so he got the beef burrito and his food came with ours and the waitress held out his plate stating that all dishes had onions in the recipes which is not true, we ate here before with no issue.To not argue and cause a scene he didn't eat and we went to get him food after. We had to call for service.with hands in the air for coffee, more chips, more water. There was only one waitress, but there were only 3 tables with customers. The food was good, but this place is so understaffed and the staff doesn't understand English well enough to accommodate special requests. I wouldn't come again unless I called for carry out an hour prior and make sure there are no special accomodations to your order. Mr. Miguel's on 11 and Ryan will be our always favorite place to go after this episode tonight.“

“Black Rock use to be our favorite steak place until two of our favorite servers left. Now our visits are far and few in between. Most of the time service is average to not great. Not sure when but they have new menu. Price have gone up. Some of the sides that came with the signature sirloin are now an extra charge. The circulation in the building isn't great and the floors are slippery. I hate smelling like steak afterwards.“
