Didn't go in and took it home
I just recently had Jimmy John's for the first time. I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious. Service was excellent and the store was welcoming, cozy and clean.
The past 3 times I've gone to this store, I have had to use the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. I'm assuming that has something to do with insufficient staffing. But still, no complaints at all!
It was okay. Have to try more of the menu, sometimes front door is locked and only drive threw available because of staffing issues.

Jimmy John's is a popular spot for sandwiches, with a great team at the University location. While the food is great and the staff is phenomenal, some customers find the meals to be costly. The rewards system could be improved, but overall, Jimmy John's is a great lunch option that offers "freaky fast" service, even for large orders.
