The food was great and the staff was phenomenal. Glad I stopped in. Special thanks to Dee for the hospitality during the brief power outage that took place while I was in the restaurant. Much appreciated.
Foods good but customer service leaves something to be desired. They handed me my sandwich and I asked if I could please get it in a bag with some napkins and the guy said “go for it” and walked away. Mind you, these things are behind the counter. So I had to reach into their area to get these things. Was the weirdest experience I’ve had in a while.

I'm a self-professed Jimmy John's addict, so you'd be hard-pressed to see me rate it any less than four stars. The University team is awesome. So, of course, I have no issue with them. My only issue is the franchise itself. It's getting to be a pretty costly meal. Plus, I'm not a fan of the rewards system. You don't get rewards for how much you spend, but rather how many visits.
