The first thing I noticed was the floor. It was spotless. You could tell that the floor had been mopped recently. The entire place was very clean. The service was perfect.
They’re busy. I’m probably one of the most patient people around and don’t mind waiting a bit. However, when you stand at the counter for your pick up order (ordered 20 minutes prior to arrival) and not a one out of the 3 acknowledge you’re there, or the other 5 people standing in line, that’s just not great customer service. Had a gift card I finally wanted to use. There was only one woman working, but she was working hard at keeping up with everything. She may have been newer too, but she was doing a good job trying to keep up with everything. The sub tasted good (better than some Subway's I had at times). The cookie was really good.
