“We 10 have gone there weekly for years. Now another 10 go monthly. Why? They can accommodate 10 people easily due to their size relative to other options. And location. For the monthly group they have a semi-private (garden) room. The food is fairly priced for adequate quality. But the primary reason we keep returning is the friendly and competent wait staff. Our favorite is surely Molly. She always smiles and acts like she's glad to see us. It makes us feel good and starts our days out great We appreciate her.“

“It was pretty good, the staff were quick and friendly and the place was nice overall although it was a little cold and the food was alright, i ordered a medium rare stake and it was medium well but the broccoli had a good flavor and the mashed potatoes were warm and flavorful. “Meghan was fantastic with getting our take out order being organized along with Ava. We drive 2 hours from Canada to have supper at the Port Huron location. Our only complaint is to corporate - pretty soon you will have to change the name to Chicken Barrel - no ham anymore, the sampler platter is gone - all the good menu items are slowly disappearing and if you aren’t a chicken lover you don’t have much choice anymore.“

The staff are welcoming and accommodating to every need. Nicky was our server on our most recent visit - she is such a delight. “This is my second time at Anne's Diner. Both times our meals were amazingly good. I recently moved nearby, so it is convenient to be so close to Anne's Diner. Tonight my 10 year old great grandson had chicken tenders and fries and he raved about how good it was and gave it a 10/10! He wants to come back for breakfast. I enjoyed a delicious Chicken Parmesan dinner. The service was outstanding and the business was very clean. We have definitely found out new favorite diner in " Anne's Diner".“

With that being said, I had a business meeting there yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed my food and service. “Quality Continues through COVID This week has been a hard week and with numbers growing our house was looking for comfort food. That is exactly what we got. Food arrived warm via Uber eats and the portion sizes and fair. We started with the cheese curds; served with a rich gravy, both were delicious. For our main courses we had the Buffalo chicken and sweet chilli shrimp wrap. As usual both wraps were loaded chicken and shrimp and not with filler lettuce; a personal pet peeve of mine. The Buffalo chicken had great flavour and chilli shrimp was sweet with a slight zing. Our side dishes were onion rings and cactus potato’s. If you like cactus potatoes with a bite then you should try these. Just crispy enough with a burst of flavour in each bite. The only downside to our dinner were the onion rings. They were a little under cooked for my taste; I prefer mine crispy. They were saved by the dip that came with it. Rich but not overly so that it over powered the pairing. Another win for Twos!“

“Dave and I ate at Crabby Joe’s this evening. Dave had a BLT and fries and I had the ribs fries and had ordered a side Caesar salad. There was a misunderstanding about the menu and this was clarified by Emma. Later, there was an error made regarding the agreed-upon choices and Emma. Was proactive in correcting the problem satisfactory demonstrating good business practice.
We encountered more than one assistant or server, but it was Emma with whom we had the most contact. Emma was pleasant, engaging, personable, sensible, knowledgeable, professional, and a good problem solver.
Oh ya… And the food was excellent :-)“
