Seafood Restaurants near Fort Gratiot

“I used to love long John silvers, but all of them anywhere near me closed decades ago. When I saw this location with KFC, we had to try it. On the plus side, the service was great, and the KFC combo was what you could expect from most of their locations.
The fish and shrimp combo from LJS, tasted OK, but not quite how I remembered it. The breading is rather thick, and the oil was pretty much dripping from it.
So I guess I'd advise folks to stick to the KFC menu here...“

“It was a nice surprise to walk into a large and open dining area that was recently opened. Food was great. Server was quick and food came out too hot to eat right away…hard to believe right!?!?!!! Great selection and prices“

“My husband and I stopped in yesterday for lunch after a wasted trip to PetSmart in Sarnia.
Our server Mary was absolutely a 10. We sat very quickly and there were about 3 other tables. Mary told us the special was 2 lunch size halibut and chips with a side of coleslaw and I believe it was about $26. We also ordered 1 side of gravy and I had a glass of white wine. Our bill was $38.95. Plus we obviously tipped her well❤️.
The fish was cooked perfectly with perfect crispy batter and the chips were also good perfectly. They offer 2 types of coleslaw and we tried both, they did not disappoint at all. The gravy was also great.
I highly recommend this restaurant for excellent fish and chips and I am from England so I may know a thing or two about how they should taste.
The portion size was actually a lot bigger than I thought. The fish was a little too much for me to finish only because there was a mountain of chips!
We really really enjoyed our lunch!“

“First time ordering from Happy's, ordered the ribs with fries, and they were awesome! Also very affordable, because ribs can be expensive. I'll definitely be going back when my craving for ribs hits again. In the meantime, I'll try some of their other dishes, there's so many to choose from!“

“Food was really great I hadn't had long john silvers in a long time and I missed it so much. They make the food to order so it's fresh but I was happy to wait a few minutes for fresh food and it was well worth it. Definitely will be returning“
