Goody’s Lobster Shack Reviews
food truck was great! Got to visit with Goody(Mark) and Kate during our lunch. Good people. We also bought a couple of items from the market.
Great food!
Yummy and very messy Po Boy. It would be best to offer a knife to cut it and eat with a fork because it comes soaked in melted butter.
The best way would be to dip it in the butter.
Please offer sanitation with your meals for obvious reasons.
A wet nap, lemon wedges or lemon water is better than the cup of water I was given when I asked.
People leave with seafood hands and touch merchandise all
around town.
The crab cakes were phenomenal! Love the outdoor area and the indoor market is beautiful!

Goody’s Lobster Shack is a highly recommended restaurant known for its delicious New England-style seafood. The lobster roll is a standout, praised for its generous lobster meat and great taste, with some saying it is "out of this world" and comparable to Maine standards. The shrimp cocktail and clam chowder are also noted for their high quality and flavor. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including Crab Cakes, Fish & Chips, Lobster Bisque, and Chowda, all receiving positive comments for their taste and freshness. The food is often described as tasty, tender, and hot, with generous servings. Customers appreciate the attentive service and the attention to detail in food preparation. Goody’s also provides catering, such as Chicken Parmesan dinners and Thanksgiving turkey, which are described as delicious, juicy, and tender. Overall, it is a place where visitors from different areas are willing to drive just for the experience, especially for the lobster roll and other seafood dishes.
