“The food is ok when they get the order right. You can tell staff don’t want to be there and have no problem creating an atmosphere of annoyance. They are annoyed you’re there and annoyed they’re working- that’s the atmosphere I’ve felt both times I went. Off to jersey mikes I go.“

“Their slogan, “A Sub Above,” certainly describes Jersey Mikes! My ‘go to’ is the #13 Original Italian on Parmesan Rosemary bread, Mikes Way! The ingredients are always fresh, and ample. The Big Kahuna is another must try. If I want a sub this is the only place I will go. Service is great, management is amazing, and we are very pleased to have you in Midland! “I have been meaning to review this subway for a while so here goes.. there is a female there that seems to be the closer most often, anytime we come here it is later at night and she is there.. well SHE ROCKS!! Our subs are always AMAZING with her making them and she even follows my special requests with a smile 😊, we pass three subways and drive 30 minutes for this one in particular and order on the app. Whoever u are, I hope you read this and your boss too.. you make the best SUBS! (Turkey and ham extra mayo and turkey or steak and cheese.. yummy!) Appreciate you!! Thank you.“

“Stopped by the Auburn subway today after practice with some of my girlfriends. We were immediately greeted by a wonderful man named Kenny not only did he make our subs beautifully and freshly he maintained wonderful small talk. Kenny was very generous with the condiments and helpful when we had questions. And he probably does not know this but he made four teenage girls day. Subway he deserves a raise!“

“I walked in and got my order and as the cashier was handing me my change, one of the other stunning ladies behind the counter was handing me my sandwich, I was still putting my change in my wallet before I was served. Excellent and swift service“

“Drive thru and ordered a Ultimate Italian toasted sub. Service was friendly and fast. Sandwich was impressive!! Temp was nice and hot...perfect temp. Lots of meat. Cheese was great! The sub bun was toasted, yet nice and soft within. Love the sandwich!!! I had not been to JJs in years. Previously I was not impressed with the sandwiches. This Ultimate Italian toasted sub changed my mind...again, Great Sub! Defineatly recommend!!!“

“We visited last week and tried the cinnamon rolls which were very large, topped generously with icing, and delicious when warmed. I had the caramel mocha latte and my husband tried a strawberry smoothie. Both were very tasty and made to perfection. The staff were very eager to please and were quick and accurate with our orders. This subway has a drive through with automated ordering. Very nice updates here and a great breakfast menu.“

“I would just like to say that this particular subway does seem to do an excellent job maintaining a clean environment, friendly employees, and overall just making it a pretty good experience when I go there. I've been going very frequently and they've just been killing it every time. Killing it is good for the old timers who don't understand that language, And for the younger people that's like they're cooking, lol.

All the employees there do a great job but I will say that one particular employee Azalea brings her service to another level, helping me get something I really wanted when I wasn't familiar with all the options anymore. If it wasn't for her sharing her knowledge of the subway menu I would not be going to Subway regularly. Appreciate y'all“

“5/12/26 4:13 pm Server 1206. Great service. But more important that I received it, but to another customer. An elderly woman probably close to 80 years old. She was treated with great patience in selecting the items for sandwhich. I think she had gift card and maybe rewards card. Overheard explaining everything at checkout. When I paid I acknowledged the service she provided that women. The response was the best, I just imagine if that was my grandmother. That type of attitude is internal and not learned in corporate training. I hope managemrnt recognizes what an assest they with her workng there.“
