“Akari was nothing less than phenomenal. It was my family’s first time here, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, she made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming.

At one point, another customer had an issue with their order, and I watched Akari handle the situation calmly and professionally with ease. Since it was our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and sweet while explaining everything to us.

What stood out the most was how she managed multiple tables and customers at once, yet still made us feel like we were her main priority. Even after our food was delivered, she came back to check on us and genuinely asked what we thought about our experience.

Great service like that is hard to find. We will definitely be back!“

“My first time at Jersey Mike's. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. I got the Sub Club, I believe that's what it was called. The Rosemary bread was so soft. The whole experience was good. I'll be back.❤️“

“An iconic, Flint eatery. Their steak and onion sandwich is like a Philly cheese steak, but seasoned with their secret blend of seasonings. You can watch them while they cook it on the flat top. I prefer the #9 chicken sandwich, which is cooked in an Italian dressing.“

“All the other big John’s have angry and surely staff for some reason. This one always is staffed with happy welcoming folks and some of the most beautiful and delicious sandwiches. The cheesesteak they served me was prettier than the advertisement. Even better everyone working there was pleasant and enjoyable. In 2025 having fast service, excellent made to order food, outstanding staff, and decent prices is near unheard of. This location in particular hits all of the above and more consistently may years in a row.“

“This is my favorite Subway. I live right between this one and the one on Belsay Rd. This one is definitely better. Thank God it has a drive-thru. “I just recently had Jimmy John's for the first time. I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious. Service was excellent and the store was welcoming, cozy and clean.

The past 3 times I've gone to this store, I have had to use the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. I'm assuming that has something to do with insufficient staffing. But still, no complaints at all!“
