“Detoured off the highway to treat myself. The Subway closer to my home is horrible. Staff person opened door for me (I use a cane). I decided on a foot long, half tonight & half tomorrow. Put mayo on one half, mayo in a plastic container for the other so it won't get soggy overnight. Clearly marked the two sandwich halves. Ingredients look very fresh. Great experience!“

“My 9yo grandson wanted to try a new place to eat lunch today so he Googled restaurants nearby his home and thought this sounded good. So we went there and found his new favorite place to eat in the world! They had fresh cut fries which he raved about! Mimi, these are so good, way better than Mc Donald's! And those were his favorite fries , lol. He also got 1/4 BBQ chicken with spicy sauce, baked beans and garlic toast. I tried their Italian beef with peppers and onions. There was more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful and personable but not intrusive at all. We required a to go container for my grandsons leftovers so he now had a full lunch for tomorrow as well. Food was very fresh and well made with large portions and the restaurant was clean and full of sports memorabilia. It's a delightful change from chain places and I highly recommend it.“

“Always a great sub. Sometimes there's a few people in line, but it's worth the wait. Most of the staff is very friendly. I did get stiffed once on an online order where I ordered & paid for extra meat but didn't get it, so I prefer to go in and watch it made.

Vegetarian options: Basic veggies available, but not a great variety.

Parking: Decent-sized lot shared with other businesses in the strip mall.

Kid-friendliness: Tables & chairs for seating, not sure about highchair or booster seats. Very basic & somewhat small inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door would fit a wheelchair, but it does not have an automatic function. Parking lot does have handicapped spaces.“

“I hadn't been to Jimmy John's until about r months ago. Now I go there every other week. I thought it was just another kind of subway, the food is way fresher here and it tastes so good. I get the hunters club with their jalapeño ranch sauce. Never had a better sub“

“Okay so Google ask for readings on location, food, service and atmosphere. It is a Subway so I think that basically answers most of the questions. The store was very clean. The single-handedly complete did a great job and built us a very awesome tasting sub. I recommend it!“

“Phenomenal staff!! The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“
