“I was doing some shopping in the mall and was looking for a place to have lunch. Villa Fresh had some exceptional looking food, so I gave it a try. There is a reason that FRESH is in the name because the food tasted like it was just made and put out to serve. Truly phenomenal food and the service was great. Knowledgeable recommendations from the team and hardly any wait for food. Would highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the mall and looking for something to eat. Stephen and the team are great!“

“Gino's Sicilian pizza is the best deep dish I've had anywhere. It's crazy how filling it is too; I think this is the first time I've felt full from two slices. The sauce at least matches any other I've had, and it may beat it. This is going in my regular rotation for sure. My mom and I had a great conversation with the owner about our Sicilian families. If you like deep dish pizza, do yourself a favor, and try Gino's sometime.“

“I came in to order because I had a coupon. I placed my order and then realized it was an online coupon only so I sat down to order online figuring it was going to take another 1/2 hour to wait. I placed my order and then went to the car to wait and in less than 4 minutes she came out to my car with our pizzas. She started making our orders while I was sitting on the bench ordering online what awesome service. So I had to share this with anyone who will read this… amazing service. “OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“This was my second time ordering delivery from this Domino's, and I can honestly say it's the best Domino's location I've ever had. Both times, the food was prepared perfectly—everything was hot, fresh, and cooked just right. The dough was soft and flavorful, not overcooked like I've experienced at other locations.

The quality and consistency have been outstanding, and it's clear the staff takes pride in their work. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This location is doing an amazing job.“

“I ordered from this place through delivery, unfortunately they didn’t have any drivers and had to use a third party. After something had gone missing from the order I called them back and they were so patient with me despite their circumstance and even offered the missing item to be picked up for free. “The first few times we ordered from here was a bit rough with incorrect, overly greasy pizza, but something changed around 2020. Since then, the pizza has been great, and the team working the counter is always friendly. We appreciate the improvements.“

“There are a lot of pizza places in Allendale. In my opinion, little Caesars and hungry Howies taste like pre-warmed cardboard. We have always had good pizza from Jets and the service has always been good. I would say they’re one of the better fast food pizza places in Allendale.“

He was never disrespectful or rude but I was definitely able to see that he was upset and/or mad about something. I understand it's hot in a pizza kitchen, I've been there and done that for a few years. I have been upset and/or mad at work but I would never let my customers see it, I would still smile and act like nothing was wrong because I don't want the customers to see that. I want them to see us smiling because it's contagious. But other than that it's an amazing place and love their pizza!!“

“It’s excellent Neapolitan style pizza. If somebody wants a normal New York style pizza, or don’t understand what a Neapolitan style is, I can understand how they would give it a bad review, And that’s a lot of people. But if you know what it is, this is the best in the area of this style. Grand Rapids is probably the largest city in the country that doesn’t have a Neapolitan style pizza restaurant. Hate to have to chase a truck around, but it’s worth it“
