“Giving good rating because of servers. While on road trip we had crossed time zone and didn't realize we had actually walked in right before 10 and they were closing dining area. They were doing everything they could to get us all served as quick as they could and apologized over and over for it taking a little. Honestly probably best service I've had at a McDonald's in years. Some people will see it as that it's thier job, our group of 9 people saw it as we screwed up on time and the servers got us taken care of. They could've been complaining and throwing a fit but never made it seem like they were. We were all happy to have gotten our late meal and get back on the road.“

“This subway is very normal, in both the food and atmosphere. The service, though? Both incredible and not so. One employee, a young man, gave me awesome recommendations and service to me and my family! One girl was respectful and kind, very normal. The other woman who was working was rude to my mom and someone else was on the phone when she answered the phone while my family sat down to eat. She didn't listen to my mom's order, got mad afterward, slammed some doors, and then hung up on another person on the phone. It was a good experience overall, minus the crusty lady behind the counter. I do not know the team member's names, but that one young guy was awesome in recommending something that made my sandwich awesome. 8/10, would come here again!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

EVERY TIME we order, we find in our bags, either no napkins, napkins at the bottom underneath all the food, and/or our food poorly wrapped and dumped out everywhere within the bag, fry bag half full....all the fries spewed anywhere BUT the envelope they SHOULD ALL be served in. I don't appreciate napkins (when they actually put them in) being on the bottom of the bag. The FIRST thing I like to take out is the napkin, as I like to lay the fries onto it. But can't do this when all the food is piled up on top of them. I don't like putting my fries directly onto a table without a napkin below. They stick out of the package and are greasy. Much more sanitary to use a napkin but can't get to the napkin without first pulling everything else out of the bag. This is both sloppy and annoying of McDonald's. Also last week, found a long black hair hanging out of my bag of fries, all bagged together in the $5 meal deal that my roommate bought for and brought home. I don't have long black hair and neither does my roommate who is bald! Called McDonald's to complain, threw the whole meal away being it was all contaminated being in same bag, let alone TERRIBLY GROSSED OUT! They said they would replace the meal by sending a coupon in the mail but all I got was a large fry! How does this refund my meal when I order to use the fry coupon, I would ALSO have to spend ADDITIONAL MONEY to buy a sandwich and drink to go with it????!!!!! The food with the hair in it WAS PART OF A COMBO MEAL!!! AND was the cheapest combo meal they offer....so how is it that McDonald's is so greedy and cheap that they can't even replace a friggin $5 meal???!!!! By only giving me a fry, they're actually causing me to have to PAY ADDITIONAL money that what was even ORIGINALLY SPENT buying the meal THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Why should I have to PAY for THEIR MISTAKE and also why SHOULD THEY GET TO PROFIT from THEIR MISTAKE and RIP OFF of a customer??? This is some of the WORST BUSINESS ETHICS I have EVER SEEN!!! I felt ripped off when I found the hair and DIDN'T GET any lunch that day. And I felt RIPPED OFF AGAIN A SECOND TIME, when they couldn't even compensate adequately!!! I have called corporate on the incident, and also telling EVERYONE I know how terrible their service has been!!! It must be noted here that while this did happen, but in the end this McDonald's store went good for the experience.“

“This is the taco bell that I use very often. I have a special order.every time I've gone through, they have been patient, no attitude, and they get my order right ! Friendly service, really appreciate it! I had to add to my review. June 10th around 2pm at the drive thru. They were awesome. I was having a really bad day.
