“So originally my bf ordered online and used a gift card we had..well when I went to the store to pick up, they never received my order. I had a picture of the amount and saying it was paid for....well after I talked to a couple different managers, we got it figured out. I really appreciate the manager that helped me, and came up with the solution, great customer service! The food was really good too, my favorite being their pretzels, and then the jammin' jalapeno wings!“

“I've only been to The Alibi one time since it's had its new name. And I have to tell you ... its DEFENINITLY an upgrade now that there is a new owner. I thought the bartenders were awesome. Extremely friendly. And fantastic service. They also had a really cool pool table. And the food is unbelievably good. They give you a big portion for very little money. I definitely recommend the place! It is a very good time. And such a chill vibe.“

“Was a tourist out of town visiting the area. The energy was astounding. Definitely felt like a sports bar with a lot of TV's. The game was a nice twist to the place. I definitely would recommend coming here for a game day such as the super bowl or big game tournaments. The waiter was awesome and very helpful. The food was amazing and well priced for what I had gotten. I would definitely stop by next time I am in the area. Vibe was great as well. Thank you and can't wait to visit next time I am out in the area.
Vegetarian options: Not really for vegetarians
Parking: There was plenty of parking granted not sure about later on but as I could see there were quite a lot of places to Park.
Kid-friendliness: Yes this is a great place for your kids to come eat and place the arcade games. Plus they have kids meals as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they accommodate wheelchairs places for the Handy cap to come and enjoy a meal as well.“

“Always loved Mo Joe’s and their wings. Started out with a drink and ordered wings, I couldn’t finish them but was still up for another drink but waitress (and not one smile from her through our dinner) couldn’t ask if we even wanted another drink. Brought that check and sent us on our way. 😡“

“What a great place to kick back and enjoy a nice evening for dinner & drinks. Such unique menus items. 10/10 for the bourbon pulled pork nachos. 10/10 for the dessert funnel cake fries.
We also found out about their taco Thursdays — can’t wait to go back for that!!!“

“Went here for my 21st birthday for the first time after having a horrible experience at Scooters and i had a BLAST!!!! Ashley was absolutely amazing and she was always checking up on us and giving us the best service. Thanks for making my birthday the best can’t wait to be back😊“

“I live in Flint but frequent this Applebees because it’s the only location nearby that offers good food & good service. I wish I took pictures of the food but everything was 11/10! We got mozzarella sticks, nachos, kids mac and cheese, boneless buffalo and bbq wings. Everything was fresh and delicious. The reason for the review is Chase. He’s an incredible server. He was quick and friendly and fun. He treated everyone with respect and kept checking on us throughout the night and we were here for quite awhile. It’s nice to see someone as caring and attentive as him. He is fast on his feet. Request him if you come in! Also the manager is a sweetheart as well!“

“Came here for lunch for my birthday and our server Allie was the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Even when mistakes were made in the kitchen (and I was ok with it) she insisted on making it right and went above and beyond for customer satisfaction!“

“I had a WONDERFUL experience tonight! The food and service was fantastic (The wings were beyond delicious and everyone else in my group enjoyed their food too). Our server Nick was very attentive and was quick with refills and had a fantastic personality. I was also impressed that I ordered food for 5 people including 2 appetizers and it was only a little over a hundred, I pay more than that at Applebee's and the food isn't half as good. The band playing was incredible (I'm biased haha) and the DJ afterwards played great dance music! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend! 10/10“

“Ordered my food at 8 and got my food at 9:23. Tonight is the BOGO free wings. Got home to only received 6/10 wings. I called the manager Tyler and he was so nice and thoughtful. He refunded my order. Even though I want to give this place a 2/10. His customer service was 10/10. That right there is why I will be coming back.“

“If you're a group of people, you'll get decent service. If you're there alone you can forget good service. The food isn't bad but definitely wasn't brought straight out when done.
There are no options for appetizers if you're alone unless you want too much. And, of course, they're not usually good reheated. Single dessert options aren't much better, not that my waitress offered any to me.... she did offer dessert to the group next to me, though.
Basically, if you're out relaxing and dining alone and want good service, this is not a good place to go. Don't expect anything more than the bare minimum here“
